- Open the Sky Sports app Click the hamburger icon in top right corner Click the Sign in with Virgin TV UK icon enter your VM email address and password complete the captcha Click on Live TV at the bottom of the screen and then select the Sky Sports channel you want to watch.
- Sky Sports subscribers, you can now catch all the action on the go with the app on your iPhone or iPod touch. Virgin Media customers in the Republic of Ireland can watch live sports streaming or On Demand content any time you like.
What add-ons are available with Virgin Media TV packages? Add Sky Sports or Sky Cinema. You can add all the Sky Sports channels, including HD channels and F1, and BT Sport to any Virgin TV deal, including its most basic packages. You can add sports just for a month at a time – perfect if you just want to see a particular sports tournament.
Sky Sports app is now on Android
Good news! The Sky Sports app, which recently launched on Virgin Media for iOS is now available for your Android devices too.
So if you already subscribe to Sky Sports, you'll be able to catch all the latest sports action wherever you like. You can get the Sky Sports app on your tablet, laptop or mobile phone, and it'll work anywhere you've got WiFi, 3G, 4G or a broadband connection in the UK.
To start watching, just download the Sky Sports app and select the Virgin Media logo before you enter your login details. To log in you'll need to be the account holder and know your primary My Virgin Media account details.
Not only will you be able to take your Sky packages with you, you'll also get in-depth coverage across eight key sports including Football, Cricket and F1 along with exclusive videos and news interviews. And on iPad you'll also be able to access the app's extra features. Highlights include Sky Sports' cutting edge second screen extras, including alternating F1® driver camera views, ball-by-ball hawk eye data feeds for cricket fans, player action heat maps for football fans and much more.

Virgin Media customers can now take their Sky Sports channels on the go and access Sky’s rich sports data and analysis services for the first time.
Highlights for sports lovers include Sky Sport’s cutting edge second screen functions, including alternating F1 driver camera views, ball-by-ball hawk eye data feeds for cricket fans and player action heat maps for football fans and much more on the Sky Sports iPad app.
Customers with Sky Movies subscriptions can view all 11 Sky Movies channels live and watch over 800 films on demand, via their iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, or on the Sky Movies website. Virgin Media customers can also benefit from Sky Movies cinema finder tool for new releases, and can add upcoming screenings to their personal calendars at the touch of a button, read expert reviews and watch the latest trailers.

The news comes after Virgin Media became the most comprehensive provider of top sports TV in the UK, by adding Sky Sports 3 HD, Sky Sports 4 HD and Sky Sports F1 HD to its channel list, which also includes BT Sport, with Sky Sports 5 and Sky Sports 5 HD available from launch on August 12th.
Virgin Media is also shaking up the sports TV market offering unprecedented savings on Sky Sports, with its Season Ticket offering ten months access to all six Sky Sports channels for £150 upfront, giving customers a 40% saving compared to paying via a monthly subscription.*
